I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, especially considering its reputation for luxury, but the reality was quite disappointing. The facility was undergoing renovations, which was not communicated beforehand, leading to issues like a poorly set up reception area and a dangerous pathway. Our earlier hopes for a family gathering turned into a stressful experience that required us to leave for another hotel, which was much better and cheaper. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place while it's under construction.
